Fassona beef is also the protagonist of our Roast-beef with porcini mushrooms, robiola cheese and black truffle, while those who prefer rabbit, another type of meat traditionally used in our regional cuisine, can try it with olives and Pelaverga wine from Verduno, or choose the Rabbit livers with caramelized onions and marsala.
